1. Goals and Objectives are all metrics that irrelevant to your daily activities. 2. Large gap between managers & front line service representative, they only care about numbers and don't really care what is happening in the field. Customer satisfaction is just a slogan. 3. Very strict compliance. You work like a robot accordingly to manual or you risk your job. Creativity is not appreciated. 4. Everyone is your boss. your line manager, dotted line managers, sales and external customers. 5. No Career development. (Or switch to sales) 6. Sales driven company. 7. Poor training. Minimal support. 8. No backup. everyone call you even you are on leave. 9. No compensation for OT works. 10. Management change frequently in a short time. Old-school management style.
