Pros

The benefits are really great and room for career development/perhaps advancement. Also there are many affinity groups so you can find people you share hobbies with. There are many divisions within the company so you are able to move very easily within the company if you build the right networks. They offer a career development program which for entry level employees can be beneficial and teach them more about the overall Corporation. A lot of the work force is currently retiring so there will most likely be many opportunities for promotion. They have a shuttle so if you live downtown then can easily commute. The Clara Abbott Foundation helps a lot of people who are in need; I have heard of them doing some great things for people at no cost.

Cons

Micromanagement at least in departments in my area. The area where it is located is pretty much isolated from the bigger cities.
