Everyone is friendly and works well together, and the work is fulfilling and challenging.

Some of the customers can be a hassle. It gets very overwhelmingly busy at times.

There aren't many that come to mind.

Management, attendance policy, bonus's, facility, HR, favoritism, no reward for hard work, not everyone goes by the same rules(Favorites do what they want others are punished). The system the company uses is very outdated leading to consistent problems with work flow and production. Training is never done properly here either.
