Not for people who want to do hard work. Because no one notices it.

No professional progress No salary increments no matter for how long you worked in the organization Lot of workload and no work life balance Sometimes two to three teachers workload is given to new hires in payment of 15-20k per month. Old teachers are not given raise. Grantable staff usually troubles non grants. And No help is provided for workplace related problems, usually victim blaming
