Pros
The company really cares about you as a person and as an employee. I've been working for not a long time and everybody is very respectful and helpful to me. I feel very comfortable asking questions because I have all the support that I need from my bosses and team members.
Cons
Maybe returning to the office after the pandemic is something that I'd rather not do (I prefer to work from home) but the company requires it.
