Good offices with gym, kindergarden and good and modern installation. Projects are interesting due to new technologies applications. Good environment in your team work, with a lot of young people
Cons
Old fashioned and bad politics in human Resources. Unflexibility, bad salaries, and poor services for the worker there. they don't value their people there. Careers program don't exist there.no promotions or changes are promoted. Problems when you get hired,as they try to chante the agrede conditions.This alzó happen when you go to work abroad un the plants
