      nothing. there is no benefit. absolutely a joke.

      Cons

      very condescending and the micro-management style of the management deters people from staying on. The malpractice is horrifying.

      many old-fashioned rules and instructions to follow, with very little AL and long probation, lack of flexibility, always lack of sufficient manpower
