Excellent company with deep family roots. Owners were always available for comments and suggestions. Management has passion for the business. Team atmosphere from top to bottom. Great benefits.

Bonus structure was dismal compared to other companies. Chain of command didn't clearly coach ways to achieve those goals.

Company car, great health insurance, expense account is good. Wonderful people to work with. You get to drink beer all. The. Time.

Micromanaged. Upper management is clueless on what should happen in the market. Pay is low compared to other brewery reps. They have so many layers and pointless titles in the sales department.
