Pros
I was very excited when I worked there for its innovation and model. Your schedule is flexible, you have the opportunity to learn engaging clients remotely and use technology in your favor if you are not use to it. Training and interesting work. You feel you make a difference in the life of someone, and gain tons of clinical experience. Opportunity to meet many different providers and establish professional alliances.
Cons
For a coach or therapist they only offer per deem work and there are no benefits. They don't pay for the time you spend answering emails back and forth in order to schedule case review meetings. This takes a tool, and it is time consuming since you work with lots of providers, hence many schedules to coordinate. They also just pay for the session and no the time you spend reaching out to clients when they miss an appointment or decided not to participate in the program any longer. Very strict on when you must summit your PN's yet their platform has many glitches and at times this interferes with client work. If you are a social person who benefits from face to face professional interactions, or you like to see your clients non-verbal communication, this is not the place for you. There is no professional or peer support. No opportunity for growth.
