Thanks for leaving a review! We agree that flexibility is a great part of working at AbleTo. Please note that our full-time Therapists are currently completing an average of 26 participant sessions per week, which is the established productivity target, and are meeting or exceeding our expectations for quality metrics. Program Advisor is supportive Training Opportunities

While we’re glad to know that you find your Program Advisor supportive and appreciate our training opportunities, we understand that you have some concerns as well. Our minimum caseload requirement is in place to ensure we can meet the behavioral health needs of participants seeking care. However, provider experience and work-life harmony are very important to us, and we are continually refining our roles to ensure that every Therapist can feel satisfied and successful in their work. Likewise, we recognize that pay is an important part of the overall employee experience, and our compensation packages are reviewed annually or more frequently as indicated to ensure they're fair and in line with industry standards.
