They like to shave hours and change clock out times so they don't have to pay overtime They expect you to do extra without being paid. Extremely disorganised and very poor management. They don't care about their staff, just about money, and they will try to squeeze every drop of energy out of you to make an extra pound or two. Full of backstabbing dishonest people. They don't do any relevant training to new people and they expect them to know everthing. Most of the time the new guys don't have a clue what they are doing. Last but not least, not all employers are treated equally. If you are friends with the manager, you will have a better treatment for sure
