      A revolving door of employees so the job was available when I needed one.

      Cons

      Family owned in all the worst ways. Toxic and ridiculous business management. Probably the worst place I have ever worked.

      - Allowed to work from home or office, even before covid - Collaborative culture

      Cons

      - Small, decentralized company means not many chances to get together in person; you may be only person in the actual office if you go in - Most people have very flexible job descriptions and do a variety of jobs, which is good for some but frustrating for others
