We would like to start our response with apologizing that you feel the need to misrepresent your employment with our company to try and validate your "employee" review. We have had zero employees in the last year that have been with us for 6 months or longer part ways with our company, let alone a year. Being that we are a close knit team and have such a positive work environment, our human resource department has confirmed that you were simply here for an interview, and not actually employed by ACG to the point of representing any of our clients. Which is proven more so in the fact that all of the employees on our marketing teams make well over the 40k we have advertised. Nevertheless, we are sorry that you didn't get the proper outlet to voice any concerns you had, if you did work here. We do an extensive 3 round interviewing process as well as an in depth orientation day to cover all of the bases. I couldn't imagine anyone being "bait and switched" and then also working with a company doing something they didn't understand or want to do. Lastly, we at ACG do very well for our clients and continue to grow and open more vendor locations each year. We have never switched our name, nor do we have a need to. Our clients and employees are very happy with our partnerships, as are we. While we do work with other marketing vendors and form partnerships for projects with certain clients, simply because they have advertised in the same building as us, does not mean we have somehow changed our name to theirs. Again we wish you would have brought your questions or concerns up in the interview process versus making assumptions and voicing them on a site for "employee" reviews.
