5yWe are saddened to learn that this former employee feels this way about our company. This former employee was only with our company for 30 days before resigning. In those 30 days, she did not put anyone into work. We are a staffing company and honestly we expect from our people that they perform. This is a sales position and sometimes when people are unable to meet the expectations and targets, this can be a little intimidating. During our interviewing process, we openly discuss the wage expectancy of our potential employees, and together with them, we make a clear goal path to reach their milestones. We invest a lot of time and money into training all of our employees in order for them to uphold the high standard we believe in, in accordance to our mission statement.
