Pros

fast paces, days go by fast.

Cons

Company does not care about their employees. There are very few people still working here that helped grow the company, why? because the company only cares about growing and not the people that help it get there. most of the employees work in a warehouse where it is 110 in the summer and 55 in the winter. Jeff Williams has the biggest ego and unless you are in his "inner circle" he wont even know your name or say hello to you. Treats people like grunts and everyone is replaceable. The best part is they promote the John Maxwell Leadership program but the leaders of this company have zero leadership ability. There is no advancement in the this company and if you have to work here use it as a stepping stone to something better

Pros

a lot of time off owner is genuinely a good person unfortunately he is focused elsewhere.

Cons

You will NOT make what they say. Canadian trainers are highly favored over U.S. trainers. U.S. Management is seriously inept when it comes to interpersonal skills. You will likely not travel internationally despite the impression in their employment ads unless you speak French or German. You will drive many hours to most locations. They will explain the pay is split between a training fee and expenses, they will lower the amount of expenses whenever they feel the need, yet when tax time comes they report it to the US govt as all pay!! expenses are on you! so keep track, very sneaky, this will not be explained this way. Many Dealers feel the US management have megalomaniac personalities They will team you with others, who if they feel threatened by your skills, will start rumors or blatant lies about your conduct. Met another trainer at a dealer who explained he was living in his rental car and needed money and was sneaking out of his hotel due to credit card being declined. (doesn't exactly breed confidence.) Problem at dealership with data, I called to ask what steps to take, was told to basically play stupid and protect the company at all cost, no advice given.

Pros

Recruitment is easy and quick.

Cons

If you are motivated, cheerful, polite, smiling, intelligent, good-looking, or simply don't have the right skin colour, don't go to this company. Your colleagues will constantly see you as a target to be taken down out of pure jealousy and lack of confidence. The atmosphere is very negative, with a group of people constantly complaining about work and their personal lives, which creates a bad atmosphere on a daily basis. People with managerial titles will always try to hold you back so that you cannot succeed or progress, simply because they are afraid that you will surpass them, rather than playing a true leadership role. Most employees are constantly competing with each other; that is their team spirit. The company has questionable and illegal practices and has no problem including you in this type of process. They have already had employees who have filed complaints against the same people, but the HR team does nothing. I have seen much more mature people in a school playground than at Absolute Results.
