In competition with 250 other sales people. Four owners watching your every move. If someone complains about you , you will receive a fine from $350 to $500 . One owner will say take every sale regardless,another owner or manager will ask why did You take that deal? You could be a"rock star"for ten years and have two bad months and get fired.
