Very good learning experience there.

I cannot think of any cones.

1.) You will learn a lot along with the students 2.) You will get a good stipend 3.) I worked as a Leader and guided my team towards success so I learned about leadership qualities. 4.) If you know what you are going to teach then you need to work for 4-6 hours a day(approx.). 5.) The subject matter experts made my life much easier during the internship period. 6.) It made some of my concepts much clearer when I taught those concepts to students. 7.) The students will get good projects that they can add in their CV. 8.) 24*7 support is given to the students.

1.) The time for work is not fixed. 2.) Some of the instructors don't have proper knowledge. 3.) Sometimes, there was a communication gap between instructor and management due to which many last minute decisions were made
