Lack of support/communication - Retail Sales Associate Academy Brand Employee Review

Lack of support from upper management. Most people here don’t communicate well, no responses to emails/texts. We would have a big sale (black Friday etc) and would only hear from upper management about what was going on sale a day or two before the actual sale. This would create loads of stress for staff and lead to a lot of stock been sent through. At times this made it dangerous to move around the stock room. In consistent clothing sizes, lack of quality for certain items.
