As a new employee, I am so impressed with the culture of APL. I understand that the significant changes occurred, which will be part of APL's history. What I have experienced in my first month is faculty and staff who are student-centered, respectful, caring, and knowledgeable. I have met 1/4 of the board members who are dedicated to the success of the school. I am so glad to be part of the team...

I just completed my first month of working here. I have yet to hear a negative comment. My perception is the culture if very positive and supportive of this important work.
