Not an ideal place to work for - ESL Teacher Acadsoc Employee Review

The pay is okay for starters but even experienced ESL tutors were being offered PhP105.00 per 50 minutes. We were only allowed to open slots at night which was not so ideal. Bonuses are present but there is no transparency at all as to how it was computed. There were a lot of instances wherein CS would rudely respond to questions regarding their policies. If it were not for the students, I really would not have stayed in this company. I have seen a review before where it says this company shows unfair judgment. I was able to experience the same thing firsthand last week. So I left the company without remorse.
