Pros
Unbooked classes are paid. My supervisor is great. I had no issues with salary. Our salary from the 1st until the 15th of the month will be transferred to our paypal account on the 16th between 12 noon until afternoon automatically. Some may have bad experience with their salaries maybe because it still takes 24-48 business hours for our salary to be transferred from Paypal to the Bank.
Cons
CS or support team responds too late. Sometimes, they even respond when the class with specific problems has ended. But most of the time, if we Tutors are just being resourceful , innovative and are somewhat tech savvy, we can actually solve the problems on our own. Points deduction is too high compared to points increase . Try to decrease points deduction per penalty or maybe increase the basis for gaining points when we complete our classes or when we get 5 stars and 4 stars from our students.
