Pros
Everything literally! Management is great and pay is overflowing, as long as you comply with the regulations (Meaning no absences unless emergencies) you will surely get a lot of benefits. Full Attendance gives you a 5 digit bonus per pay! Commissions are given by the Students! It's easy as long as you are friendly and have integrity.
Cons
I just really hope they can allow the Teachers to plot the Schedule. But either ways, it's a great company compared to all other ESL Companies!
