      Pros

      Very flexible hours, Can choose your own schedule on a weekly basis. Tutor Managers are usually quite helpful and encouraging. Lot's of trainings available on the portal, so tutors can upskill themselves to get more and different types of students and classes. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Pay-range is low compared to other online ESL teaching platforms. Could be higher.
