-Very low pay -Crazy penalties (up to 3x or more lesson fee)(internet and power issues are invalid reasons) -Late Shift Clock-in Penalty -Late Class Clock-in Penalty -Early Class Leave Penalty -Cancellation Penalty (For cancellations 72hrs before the class) -Student Valid Complaint Penalty -Late response of Tutor Managers -TMs handles more than a hundred tutors -You have to provide feedback for each class before the month ends, or else classes without feedback will not be paid (I failed to provide feedbacks before the month ended, so I did not get my salary for that month) (Have sent multiple inquiries to my TM but she did not give attention to it) -Their platform sometimes encounter problems and students might give you low ratings for that
