Pros
Thanks to Superior, I was able to get the experience I needed to get a full-time, permanent position at a major defense company. The pay rates were generous, and they set me up with some great companies. I had a great working relationship with my recruiter - she knew what assignments would be a good fit for me.
Cons
Benefits were expensive, no holiday/vacation pay offered. The recruiter I worked closely with has since moved on to another company, and the people they hired a don't have same attention to detail and person-ability she had, which is a shame.
