The fast-paced environment may not be ideal for everyone, but it provides strong opportunities for learning and development. As demand increases, balancing workload can be a challenge at times, but it reflects the company’s steady growth

Pros

They paid me pretty well. Decent resume builder. Everyone that wasn't a manager was super cool, and fun to work with.

Cons

Probably the job with the worst work life balance I've ever had. Absolutely miserable company culture. Unbelievable amount of onsite visits. Countless hours of driving per week. Effectively 0 career path opportunities within the culture. Leaving the company was the only way I could progress my career / make more money. Laughably bad benefits (10 days of accrued combined pto and sick time, and poor quality expensive health insurance, bad 401k match, etc.).
