Is this your company?

Nothing says teamwork like a targeted lack of support. - Patient Counselor I Accelerated Claims Employee Review

Pros

Remote was an option, on site work was a small percentage pay bump.

Cons

Veiled discrimination with constant gaslighting. Lack of managerial understanding of technical systems limitations that are beyond your control but not beyond your fault. The goal posts keep getting moved further away. The bonus is a carrot on a stick that keeps getting eaten by someone else's horse, as the structure used is constantly being reworked to minimize any payouts. Accounts that were dead-weight and have no recourse, will be propped back up by whatever new member of management you have been assigned to, that has no experience with that account and you will be gaslit, simply because the Client doesn't understand when a case or claim has been finalized to completion, the only path you could have taken is now a dead-end and the next step, by the Client, must be taken. Management constantly overpromised to my group's main client on a weekly basis. The Client is your master. If they say the sky is plaid colored, it's blasphemy if you say otherwise. What worked in 2007 is expected to work today, even though times change and processes evolve.

Pros

True employee application, work-life balance and managers who care about you as an individual and not just another employee

Cons

Remote positions can lead to employees feeling solo

Pros

People, and co-workers were an asset prior to my departure. That was the motivation to keep coming in and making pennies in comparison to the revenue managed.

Cons

Overpromise/Underdeliver at its best from leadership. Promotion with no real financial gain. Tons of responsibility placed on team members while leadership makes the money and doesn't have capacity or understanding to manage their jobs.
