Once the company owner changed this business went down the drain but this company was corrupt from the begining. I would go into detail but there's alot of new employees who would have no idea who I'm talking about so I won't mention names but the people that have been with this company since before 2018 know.. the bonus structure was good until the owner changed he was money hungry and decreased our pay and demoted people and laid alot of people off just to offer a terrible severance package of about 2k for people that were with the company for 5+ years and they basically said in so many words were broke and we can't afford to pay you I was making a little over 40k at the time and even that wasn't enough for the amount of work they make you do. Working with some people was a pleasure if you wanna move up you need to kiss butt and do everyone's job including yours and even still you may not move up if someone better comes along.. no strong black leads in this company the ones they had they let go or demoted them so if you don't have blonde hair and blue eyes your just gonna be on the back burner don't look for growth or promotion. I could write a book about this company there "secrets and lies" they have left a bitter taste in a lot of people's mouths it doesn't surprise me how bad most of these reviews are and they are TRUE I hope someone from ACI reads this they tried to get me to sign a disclosure when they laid me off if I took the severance I couldn't speak bad about them well guess what I didn't take there money so if you want the truth you will definitely get it from me.. this company is terrible I don't know how they are still operating.
