We want to thank you for your 5+ years of service to Accelion. Your successful record of performance even led you to a brief stint with our client, after which you chose to return to Accelion in 2022.
While you were terminated for cause, it is still disheartening to hear your concerns about employee separations and hiring practices. It is important to clarify that decisions related to employment, whether it's hiring or (in your case) letting someone go, are taken very seriously and based on a variety of factors, such as performance, job fit, and adherence to company policies. We have established processes in place to ensure fairness and transparency in these decisions, and we give our employees as much grace as possible while ensuring that we have the right team members in place to support the company's goals and values.
