- I get to make a difference in people’s lives by helping them build their credit and get items they may not be able to ordinarily obtain. - Guaranteed 40hr work week (with 2 days off) - Lots of advancement opportunities (bonuses and raises) - Company policies and values I can really stand behind. (All companies have “mission statements” but AcceptanceNOW/RAC truly value their customers and employees) - Great Co-Workers and a professional environment
Cons
- Extremely slow network/system constantly crashing - Declining Customers who don’t qualify - Printer is like Bob Marley (Bc it’s always jamming)
