Zero and I mean zero work life balance. You’re expected to invest your life and soul into a company that will spit you out in a heartbeat. Constant change in upper management to “realign” just means another ego driven man with zero experience or knowledge for you as an SM to teach the fundamentals to. They like to manipulate situations to their advantage so even if you go to HR or speak to a regional about disrespect encountered it will be considered a matter of “perception”. You’ll be expected to reach unrealistic goals or threatened to be fired. Terrible response to the coronavirus pandemic no hazard pay, short staffing and raise was pennies considering one worked in a 6-7 manned store with just two other people for a year. The incentive was better but now they expect you to work harder with less staff and even when you tell them you’re exhausted depleted etc they pat you on the back promise it’ll get fixed and when they have you interview people they’ll hire them for other stores leaving you in the mess of no staff still.
