      Repetitive Easy Lenient Sometimes understanding/will work with you

      No over time unless approved Not that much raises Bonus is gas money Time off gotta be shared with sick days... They train you once and you left on your own People don't last long because the managers do what they want to do they are not fair and dms seem not to care

      Good pay and semi annual raises 2 days off with full time work (sales manager=48-52 hours weekly) Teaches you so many skills that you can carry to other jobs (marketing, collections, lease agreements, sales, financing, typing skills, customer service, organization through files and paperwork) Full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, STD/LTD

      Work weekends and all holidays They removed monthly bonuses from pay Company moved to a model of work using technology and laid off all store employees They removed the sales incentive/top performers incentive for yearly trip for sales manangers
