Pros
Some really wonderful people work here. If you stay here long enough someone above you will quit or retire and you can move up whether you are qualified or not. Hold on strong.
Cons
This is one of the most chaotic organizations I have ever worked for. It is disorganized on every level: fiscal management, operational management, planning, development, provider training, clinic training. The benefits are horrible--way below any kind of industry standard. This is an organization that thinks big, which is great, however they do not have the capacity to implement projects and patients, providers and other staff take the hit. I have seen some pretty awful things here. I mean embarrassing to deeply sketchy.
