      The passion and dedication of the staff at the bottom of the pile, on the front line, holding the entire company together.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership and management - particularly transparency and treatment of lower level staff. High staff turnover Regular changes in staffing structure poorly justified. Staff regularly working beyond their contract.

      Pros

      One of a very few Companies, which I would say have ethics in business. This matters. One of a very few Companies, who have a real senior management (and above) who have the ultimate ability, skills and vision to deliver a service which is genuinely worth having in the state the world is currently in.

      They are not everywhere yet!
