      Pros

      I have been working at Access since 2013 and really enjoy my job and this company. We're in a very exciting industry and this is a fast-paced, fast-growing company, so everyday there is a new challenge. Since the company is growing so quickly, both domestically and abroad, there is a great opportunity to be part of building the culture and part of influencing decisions that will shape the future of the organization. We have a really nice group of smart, motivated team members, who work well together in building a solid company.

      Cons

      It's a highly entrepreneurial environment, with a growing infrastructure, so you really have to enjoy working in a environment that is still experiencing some "growing pains."

      Thank you for this positive review. We certainly do have a fast-paced entrepreneurial company and having grown ~45% per year for the past 7 years, we have had our fair share of growing pains, but I really appreciate your positive attitude about working through those as a team. We will definitely continue to solicit and really listen to the team's feedback. As mentioned in another response, we will be doing our first-ever engagement survey later this year, which will be distributed to each and every team member. I am very much looking forward to seeing the results of that and how it will, as you said, shape the future of the company! Thank you, Rob

      Trusted by coworkers to get teamwork done. No micromanaging, Pays is appropriate.

      Pros

      Teammates work together and most management at VP level and below care for their teams.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and accountability at executive leadership level, benefits are expensive, doesn't promote from within, do not pay commissions on time and sometimes not at all. OTE is unachievable
