Since the original CEO left in 2020, culture has completely changed. New head of sales (cso) bullies everyone in sales and leaders support her. If you don’t mind always keeping your mouth shut it’s okay, but they change the gameplan every 6 months so it’s hard to take them seriously. Pay wasn’t great but I stayed for the culture. Once new sales leaders came in it was clear you can’t offer ideas anymore. But now they are losing all their top salespeoples because of cso policies. Leaders must manage up well, but don’t add value. You have to put up with the verbal abuse. Don’t go there unless you have thick skin and can put up with new culture. It’s sad it went downhill so fast. They do not promote from inside in sales at least. Maybe other teams.
