Great co-workers. All dedicated. No one is just working to pick up a paycheck. Dedicated to the organization's mission. Great teamwork.

Management is lacking. Constant turnaround. No processes. No transparency. Conflicts in direction. Management has constantly promised things will get better. Promises that funding will be there, processes to ensure equity will be established. But it never happens year after year. People have left being discouraged. There is still hope if they ever get the right management as the other staff are great.
