      Being unionized I believe that can sometimes restrict people's work ethic and drive to stay busy for the entire day

      Company produces a long life quality product, unlike others in the industry. Coworkers care about the products they produce

      Cons

      Inside teams are deeply understaffed, lack of new products. Current private equity ownership doesn’t seem to care, but this portion of their business.
