Genuinely, I had the best manager and was part of such a dedicated team. They really went out of their way to make people feel like a family and work together as a team mentality. The heart of the company truly sits and those in the front line and the actual workers
Cons
There is no direction in leadership and it's abundantly clear from their stock evaluation to their failed mergers to a year after year of layoffs. My tip? Network like crazy. Make those connections learn as much as you can. Always keep an eye out for a better opportunity outside the company. There is no loyalty and make sure to look up what your severance package is if they suddenly decide to cut your entire department and give you no options.
