Cons
Since being taken over by current management, the home has continued to go down hill. The pws have had a lot of change over the past few years which has made them really unsettled. Management works against staff and staff have little input on everyday matters within the home. Lack of communication from the management team and changes keep being made causing staff to feel uncomfortable with shifts. Also, no communication with changes to functional roles with the individual responsible for that role. Unpaid breaks so you lose an hour even if you are not able to take it.
