Pros
Free meals, some ok benefits
Cons
Poor pay, no overtime and you will be working 50-60+ hours per week will consecutive 15 hour days at weekends, always on your feet. Management are not supportive and always looking to cut casual hours at your expense. Very little progression unless someone leaves and you are the only candidate. You are also contacted frequently on your days off/holidays meaning that you can never really switch off.
