      Great team work and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Benefits- high deductible plan. Excessive changes without period of time to evaluate. Changes without input from nursing to address flow.

      Pros

      Awesome teams on the floor, despite all the sub-par clients and obtuse career growth, the team actually are awesome people, and they make it worth it.

      Cons

      Business units only care for numbers and disregard commitment and effort, unless it is reflected on the $$$. During Covid19, business decided to cut 25% of the team. Fair enough, but then why was it people you didn't agree with? Why be so political?
