      Having returned to formal employment after 8 years, my role at AccountsIQ has given me everything I had been looking for: ~ New challenges ~ A dynamic working environment ~ A fantastic team of colleagues ~ No day is ever the same

      AccountsIQ is a growing company so be prepared to work hard, however, the rewards make it worth it.

      Pros

      Really good diversity of people and cultures at AIQ which contributes to a really inclusive and warm culture. Generally people are sound at AIQ and proud to work for an ambitious and growing brand. Also good benefits where you can work from anywhere for a number of weeks every year.

      Cons

      No performance related bonus paid.
