Cons
Awful management Favoritism Low pay (unless you're a friend or family member) No communication (unless it's to complain about staff) Some REALLY lazy staff who seem to persistently do nothing, and due to such blind, worthless management, they notice nothing, in fact, in some instances they promote them!!
