      Pros

      Free ham or turkey at thanksgiving.

      Cons

      Managers have little practical experience and make up for their incompetence by being arrogant, which is usually what incompetent people do. Penny-wise and pound-foolish. Lie and steal from both drivers and clients. Minority run and believe this fact will always be their foot in the door. Commonwealth taxpayers deserve better.

      Thank you for your feedback. But as you know, our managers are on the floor sorting, loading, routing, etc. every day. Their hands on, practical experience is second to none. Everyone should be courteous and treated professionally. If you feel you have not been, take advantage of our open door policy and we will be happy to address your concerns. Our Human Resources department is also an option to address any issues.

      Joy. She works hard to try and keep balance.

      Cons

      Trucks are crappy, some management is crappy. They do not care about you, only themselves making the almighty dollar so they can afford there BMW;s . Proven fact, everyone went out and bought a BMW a couple of years ago, on company money. This place will promise you the stars but will give you nothing. They are backstabbers.

      We are sorry you did not have a good experience. It seems you were given some incorrect information. As with any organization, rumors and misconceptions are something we have to deal with. We have an open door policy and wish you had spoken with management directly so we could address the information you were given. As far as the trucks, we have outside companies that inspect our vehicles. All are DOT compliant and safe to operate. Safety is our highest priority.
