Easy going company. You can learn alot and the management is fair.

There are some members of the mgt team that could us some training.

Small group and salary is decent

Happy to have worked here to find out how a company shouldn’t be run. Management very condescending and provide ‘meetings’ one on one where they take jabs at your personality and giving ‘advice’ on how to be better. Taking time off and asking for some work from home is like pulling teeth. Once I came early to work and the office had an official meeting where they wanted everyone to state the exact times they come and go each day. Does this sound like micro management? Of course it is. Run. Too many instances like this to list. There are lots of young and new people there and they never stay long. Not a disgruntled employee- several people left before me within a 6 month stretch.
