Pros
This is a company that truly cares about making a positive impact for patients, the customer, and employees. The work environment is great and there always seems to be various employee engagement activities occuring. As an Employee, you really feel as though we are having a positive impact in the world of radiation Therapy. They have good Benefits compared to other companies I have worked for. The pay is also above what I have received from others as well.
Cons
There really are not many cons. Just the usual, there are project deadlines. occasional employee personality quarks you need to get accustomed to. But this is the same no matter what company you work for. Overall Accuray is really a great company to work for.
