The people - everyone is always willing to help or lend a hand The work - meaningful and with passion Leadership - with some new leadership in the last few years, Accuray is really striving to grow and take care of their people, the brand, their customers and do what is best for the company. They are always willing to listen and they care about the employees and try their best to take care of them. Direction: The communication about direction, goals and expectations are consistent and informative. Community Support: Accuray does a great job at helping give back to the community and be involved Work Life Balance: During extremely busy times it can get hectic but everyone gives their best effort and the great employees make the tough times tolerable. The support of others is outstanding.

Sometimes different divisions and levels are not all on the same page when it comes to some decision making and different processes can be streamlined a little better.
