Terrible management!!! You only benefit if you’re salary! If you’re hourly, you will be the stone managers step on. Terrible supervisors/ managers with little to no knowledge in the technical side of what Accuray stands for. They know sales only, but cannot help if theres a technical failure. These people are in charge of Technicians which absolutely makes no sense. Its the blind leading the blind. Accuray policy helps management to get rid of individuals and not maintain good individuals. Isn't a enjoyable place anymore. Old Management, old leaderships was the reason why many stayed for so long! Turn over rate now is due to current management. Accuray is no longer holding to their “work life balance” belief. Mental health means nothing to management. Management will deny you your PTO if they choose. You and your team will get punished with manditory OT when management fail to communicate parts shortage. You get to deal with dangerous equipments and high voltage but management wont compensate with pay. Many are definitely under paid for what they do. Recognition only goes to the ones who do the least. Credit is stolen from individuals and bestowed onto management who did nothing for the team. Theres a reason why Accuray is struggling to get people to apply!!
