During summer some days can be long hours.

Great opportunity to make some good money. Owners and affiliates are great and want the best for their company and employees.

“Management” is terrible. Too much favoritism and operating off emotions rather than logic and production. What should be an equal opportunity, is NOT. Easy assignments are GIVEN to certain individuals based on strengths/weakness AND relationships. Causing those who do their job the RIGHT WAY, to work harder and longer. This is the reason many good workers end up hurting themselves or quitting. They over hire in groups, causing lots of problems & animosity within the warehouse. Schedule is outrageous. 5/6 days 10-14 hour shifts, Overnight! Expecting 100% effort all through.
